• Change Management Workshop

    1st & 2nd October 2018
    Hotel Istana Kuala Lumpur

Introduction

It is not uncommon for organisations to face barriers, resistance and instances of termination of well-intended initiatives. It is also not uncommon for organisations to discover gaps between what it intends to achieve and the actual outcome of the well-intended initiatives – a negative Return on Investment. Organisations that achieved the goal of their initiatives would have had change management assimilated in their journey towards change.

Change management is a structured approach to transition individuals, teams, and organisations from a current state to a desired state. Albeit transformational, operational or transactional initiatives, conscious and planned effort to manage the change - rapid or gradual - determines the attainment of the desired outcome of the initiatives.

This interactive workshop will provide mid-level through senior-level executives to gain insights on the concept of change-management and generate ideas on incorporating the learned concepts into their organisation’s initiatives.

Take away with you skills and strategies on:

• Understanding change-management as a concept
• Recognising the need for structured change-management
• Understanding the key considerations in embarking on a change journey
• Generate and share perspectives on possible interventions in your organisation

Who should attend?

Change Managers, Department Heads, HR Senior Managers and Managers responsible for implementing change initiatives within their organisation
